SITE ARCHITECTURE SOLUTIONS FACT SHEET
Certainty Solutions provides robust site architecture solutions for its customers via its proven Certainty
Solutions Factory™ process. This process enables Certainty to deliver a complete solution tailored to
customers' specific needs in a fraction of the time that it takes to build a site from scratch.
The first step of the Solutions Factory process entails the evaluation of customers' existing architectures.
Based on this evaluation, Certainty recommends one of three alternatives:
- Remaining with the customer's basic configuration, while tuning it up as necessary.
- Deploying a Certainty Accelerator™ package, which consists of a pre-integrated, pre-tested,
production-ready system. Certainty Accelerators get customers up and running fast by pre-engineering the system
environment and streamlining implementation. Certainty currently offers a pre-packaged architecture solution
for Internet publication sites and is developing ones for B2B, B2C, streaming media, auction and portal sites as
well.
- Deploying a Custom Accelerator™ package, where Certainty's architects will customize a system
environment appropriate for a customer's unique requirements. In many cases, Certainty employs elements of its
Certainty Accelerator packages in order to expedite customers' time to market.
Next, Certainty implements and tests the architecture solution, applying best practices to tune the site for
optimal performance. Certainty also helps ensure that the site is highly scalable and designed for operational
stability. All of these tasks are performed in a quick and efficient manner. Certainty provides customers with
a single point of contact and, if requested, helps secure requisite hardware and software on their behalf. If
the customer's site is already operational and requires transition to a new facility, Certainty has expert
live-site re-location services to ensure that this process goes smoothly.
Finally, once the customer's site is production ready, Certainty can provide it with premium Managed Services.
Certainty also packages or provides bandwidth and hosting services to ensure that the physical infrastructure
and data center facility are appropriate.
